Hello APU!! I know it has been awhile but we are finally back with another segment of APW Presents:BEYOND!!!! But I will not hold you guys long…lets get right too it with APW World Champion, “The Dragonslayer” Adrian Knight.
Hey whats up APW family!!! Its Mike Powell also known as Mikey Maniac and Adrian Knight. It was an honor to step up and share for Tommy Vachons APW Beyond. Well lets get this started I was born in Warren, OH, I lived with my mom and my dad and my sister whose 6yrs younger than me. I grew up in a lower middle class family. I had I guess an okay childhood, the worse thing I had was being bullied and fucked with alot…Ive had my own share of shit I just kinda kept it to myself for along time.
So the first friend I made was in Preschool where I met my life long friend/brother and now stablemate David also known as Oni and David Steel. During my years of school I had self esteem issues and was picked on alot like stated before. But ya know David always had my back and kept my mind right. His family was awesome and accepted me in with open arms. I learned alot from his family. When we were younger me and David watched wrestling and played the video games..later down the line we also started backyard wrestling. David still likesthe games but doesnt watch the product really anymore.
While I was in middle school I met another friend/brother and stablemate J6 known here as Tommy Vachon. Man we had almost the same interest so we got along quick and again he has an awesome family who again accepted me in with open arms. It was always a trip hangin with the Sixs. See theone thing me and 6 connected on was wrestling. We’d sit and play the game and watched any ppv we could get ahold of. We would backyard wrestle and plan out stories which we still do..we played the same characters year in and year out Seric and The Outlaw. Me and Tommy would lose track of each other and would end up reconnecting later in life.
But after all the crap I dealt with in school after graduation. I was relieved to be out of that shit hole. I did alot of dumb shit after high school. I dated sum psychos partied alot and worked..until I had a come to moment and realized I need to grow up so I tried doing school again and didnt really go well but in that I started a new career caring and working individuals that are MRDD. I see what they go through everyday and learned alot thats where I became intetested in mental health..during this time I met a girl named Emma who funny enough was a student of my moms at a technical school. It was funny soon as she knew who I was she said nope soon as I tried talkin to her..but we started talkon having late night chat staying on the phone all night together falling asleep on the phone together as well. I would go on to marry that girl. My soon to be wife came with a bonus alil girl named Angel. See Emma had found out she was pregnant after her bf at the time died in a car accident..so in a sense Angels not my kid, but she is my kid.
So after all this me and Emma get engaged and then we find out we were pregnant with my 2nd daughter Raelynn which was funny cause she was born Aug 12th and our wedding date was Sept 26 so we were cutting it close lol. We bought our first house after we got married. Then we found out in 2020 during the pandemic that we were pregnant with yet another girl in Gracie who was born 11/11. So yeah Im a girl dad..I love my girls they may drive me nuts at times but I wouldnt trade them for the world.
As of these days imma busy guy dealing with my crazy kids and work. Speaking of work I been at my job for 12years Im a Behavioral Care Tech, I work with kids who mental illness or behavioral issues. Its a testing job but I like it I mean dont get me wrong some times u get assholes who have no issues and are just there cause it was an option instead of jail but when you get the real kids who have issues it pulls at your heart strings.Im always trying to see or somehow spend time with my extended family and being able to reconnect. But as of now Angel is 14 Rae is 9 and Gracie is 4 and they will be the death of me lmfao.
But more about me is that my hobbies are tabletop rpgs, video games, wrestling, spending time with my kids. See in APW I get to mash three of my favorite hobbies together ttrpgs, video games and wrestling, its amazing.
My favorite colors are black and blue.
My favorite sports team is The Pittsburgh Steelers.
Im very eclectic when it comes to music I listen to alil bit of it all.
I love movies.
Id love to go visit Ireland as I am 50% irish.
Ok I think this is long enough I could write more but I dont wanna put anyone to sleep.
But one more thing…A HUGE SHOUT OUT TO JACK BLAZE!!! Your Efed has been an amazing blessing to me as this what I always wanted to be apart of. You have given me such an amazing place to express my creativity. I also have made sum awesome friends and found some awesome people that I talk to everyday that we actually feed off each other. These people ive met here that are close to me and help me when i need it both in game and out.. I wanns give a shout out to those guys who I met here and are becoming like family… Lil Devil…Ron….Ry….Blaze…Beembo…Wes…
