And we are back baby and better than ever!!! The return of “The Interview” has been wanted by many, and truthfully….needed around here!!! Even though we have many outlets within the APU to feed our fans, but none of them hit quite like Vachon’s interviews and you all know it!
Let it be known, that today is absolutely no different! In fact, today we have a very very special guest in “The One” Tyson Storm….Face of the year in season 2 and one of the baddest, and most decorated superstars in the APW. So, come join us as we sit down and just spend a little time….shooting the shit.
Tommy: “The end of the season (2) came and went…you were given an opportunity you fought hard for all season. Unfortunately it did not go as planned, what’s changed this time around to avoid that?”
Tyson: “Season 2…a chapter where the final bell tolled, not with my hand raised, but with my name headlining the main event of Omega. Some people might think that’s a failure. Some might say I didn’t ‘finish my weather forecast.’ But let me tell you something—Season 2 ended exactly how it was meant to. It showed the world that I belonged at the very pinnacle, that I could carry the weight of greatness even in the face of defeat. And how will I change that outcome? Well, that’s the mystery, isn’t it? But there’s one fact you can take to the bank—I don’t quit. Not now, not ever.”
Tommy: “Season 3 opener was last night…and we had the luxury to stand across from one another in the Co-Main event, but how was that energy?”
Tyson: “We’re all craving it, aren’t we? That ring. That action. That connection. These last three weeks have been hard for all of us. But rest assured, I’m not coming back just to blend into the background. No, no, no. I planned on being there, on the very first episode of Lakewood this season, I couldn’t think of a better opponent to make this statement against, and—just like Season 2—I plan on being the main topic on every. single. episode.”
Tommy: “The Hitt Squad is one of the most recognizable and dominant teams here in APW, hell who am I kidding, in all of pro wrestling, but the unexpected retirement of Eljay Styles was a blow…how are you guys managing?”
Tyson: “I’ve heard what’s been said, the acknowledgment of what my brothers and I have built. And I appreciate that recognition because The Hitt Squad isn’t just a faction—it’s a legacy. You see, when I put this group together, it wasn’t for vanity. It was because I knew destiny had greatness in store for me, and I didn’t want to stand at the summit alone. I wanted to share those accolades with men who craved it just as much as I did.” K1NG—his royalty is unmatched, his loyalty unshaken. A champion in any division even so good he’s currently the champion of a division he never intended to enter. Dream—before we even called him ‘brother,’ his path to the Hall of Fame was already carved. Now, with the Hitt Squad by his side? It’s inevitable. And ELjay Styles. A man with the heart and talent to be the absolute best and he wasted no time in proving that. Even though the ridiculous guidelines of the E-fed universe have removed him from the physical battlefield, let’s make one thing clear—he’s still very much a part of this family. He’s in the group chat. He’s in the strategy meeting. He’s in the marketing meeting. He’s in the success. And Styles, if you’re listening—I know you’ll continue to fly the flag of brotherhood wherever your journey takes you. Maybe even start your own Hitt Squad dynasty. But no matter what, you’ll always have a home with us. This group isn’t just about me. It’s about all of us thriving, rising, achieving.”
Tommy: “We seen a lot of epic bouts involving Tyson Storm in season 2….who was your favorite opponent and when do you plan on knocking them out again?”
Tyson: “I’ve been through wars, and I’m still standing. My war with Xander over the United States Championship—that was a battle that pushed me to the limit. But nothing, nothing, compares to the months of absolute hell I endured with Jack Blaze. Three, four months of pain, torture, and survival—and guess what? I’m still here. Jack, no hard feelings, but I don’t see myself needing to knock him out again anytime soon!”
Tommy: “Last but not least, Tyson Marshall was the man who played a part in putting an end to the story book ending we all expected, in fact…he was the heel of the year to your face of the year…do you plan retribution? Or are your focuses elsewhere to start the year?”
Tyson: “Tyson Marshall. Now, our relationship…that’s an enigma, isn’t it? A clash of respect and resentment. Tyson, we both admire each other’s drive, our flair, our ending capabilities. But here’s the thing—we diverge at one crucial point. He’s willing to step on anyone to achieve his goals. Me? I build my foundation on lifting others with me. Redemption against him would be sweet, but I refuse to let any one loss define me and unfortunately as soon as he got that win over me he packed his bags and ran off to Stampede. I know for a fact that our paths will cross again and when that time does it will be a completely different story because I will be a completely different Storm but until then My eyes are on the future, on the bigger prize.” “I proved in Season 2 that I can carry the weight of being The One. But this season? It’s about being The Only One. The World Heavyweight Championship isn’t just a goal—it’s my destiny. It’s a foregone conclusion. And I’ll be at the very center of it all.
“Well folks….what an action packed interview that was! I want to give a major shout out to Tyson Storm for being an incredible guest and I know it was a little tough we couldn’t do it in person. So I appreciate you joining me via video call! Oh…..one last thing Tyson, congratulations on last night…but as I said earlier today, I want a rematch in a falls count anywhere match!!! If that behemoth decides to show up again, at least I have the chance to crack his skull open with a chair and not worry about getting DQ’d….Damn Lakewood refs. Seriously Jack Blaze? We couldn’t spring for sober ones this year? Jesus….”
